All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We do not store your card details on our systems.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, extreme weather, or force majeure events).
Standard UK delivery is free of charge. Express options are available at additional cost. For international orders, shipping costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a parcel is not received, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Our returns policy is set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.
